Business is totally involved in the construction of single-family dwellings. August 1986 to present.

J.R. Contracting - Owner - Created and developed this subcontracting company as a bridge for information between Harlan Homes and the subcontractors and as a means for additional revenue. Company has grown to include the construction of additions, renovations and restoration of residential homes and small businesses. There are an average of two employees. Responsibilities include; Job foreman, Accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost, tax preparation, and financial reports), banking, record keeping, marketing, procurement of work, scheduling, payroll, billing, estimating, procurement of materials, and administering.
