Congratulations Frank Sr, after 40 some years, Frank Toth Sr. has retired. But not forgotten.
And never will be. His very high standards were pasted to his son Frank Jr. The business could
be in no better hands. Frank Jr has been installing our plumbing, with his father, since 1988.

Donald Higgins Concrete Contractor
Donald is never tired of learning about new ways to
improve his trade of Cement Flat Work. He attends 2 to 3 conventions a year. I
listen to every word of advice this man gives. The fewer numbers of cracks we
have in our cement floors, the happier the customer is. Donald is located in Pen
Argyl and has been with us since 1990. He started his business in 1985.

Mike Tomsic Roofing & Siding.
Mike came to us in 2001 after installing siding for 11 years with Diefenderfer Construction,
who was our last installer. After Diefenderfer set their sights on new homes and remolding
construction only, we were very pleased that Mike launched his own siding company. Mike and his
crew take their time delivering quality and making sure our homes are watertight. Caulking around
every window and door. Not many siding contractors take as much pride in their work as Mike does.

William Culver Custom Cabinetry
Formerly Bill & Dicks Kitchens & Remodeling, sadly, Bill was forced to continue
his vocation alone. Dick Passed away in the summer of 2005 leaving Bill without
a partner. We will all miss Dick very much. God loves his children so much that
we all get to be with him in the end.
Without a doubt, Bill’s master carpenter skills can do wonders with a piece of
wood. When Bill is finished with your kitchen, you’ll know why his cabinets are
rated one of the best in the business. Bill has been with Harlan Homes for since
1993 and began is company, with Dick, in 1982.

Al Petros Masonry
Talk about making a house look beautiful. Once you’ve seen a Harlan Home
from the brick side you will know why our homes have such curb appeal. Al
has been with Harlan Homes since 1996, the same year he started in business,
although he has been a mason for 14 years.

Premier Builder Floors
The owner, Peter Faleski, introduced me to a superior carpet made from
recycled soda pop bottles. That's right, recycled #2 plastic. Can you
think of anything better for the environment? The carpet is Image by Mohawk.
This carpet used as a standard for Harlan Homes, has a 10-year wear guard,
is stain resistant, has a 5 year texture retention warrantee, and is as
nice as any carpet that sells for far more. I have it in my own home and
love it. Pete started his business in 1995, but has been in the trade
for 30years.

Hartner Electrical Services, LLC
Brian came to us with high
recommendations from a township inspector, which I deem as very reliable.
Brian has been working as an electrician since 1992 and has had 2 years of
experience in electrical inspections. He is certified as a Residential and
Commercial Electrical Inspector and a Residential Building Inspector. So
when we needed a reliable and knowledgeable electrician I did not hesitate
to use Brian.

Odell Kleppinger Septic System
Odell has been with me almost from the beginning in 1985. Odell installed
my first septic system in 1986 and has been with me ever since. Along with
septics, Odell does all my back hoeing. Odell is one of the must honest,
responsible and trustworthy men I know. And to boot, he is my partner in
our sub-division, Strawberry Fields, which should be ready on the summer
of 2008.
